During the stroke (including before and after the shot), no part of the hitter's body (including clothing) or equipment (including shaft, rack, powder) other than the club head is allowed to touch any ball on the table.

During one stroke, the club head cannot touch the cue ball more than twice (inclusive).

After either team hits the ball, the first thing the cue ball touches must be the own team's target ball (after all the team's target balls have been pocketed, the No. 8 ball is the team's target ball). The penalty for violating this rule: the opponent is free. Hit the ball.
