How to play Age of Dynasties

1.Game Objectives

In the game, you need to lead your dynasty through the ancient Roman period, and keep your kingdom balanced through the various indicators in the top status bar to ensure that the dynasty does not perish.

2.King Indicators

Each aspect of the kingdom is characterized by a specific indicator. There are 16 indicators in total, but you only need to focus on some of them, such as: food, stone, sesterces, civilians, nobles, legions, etc.

3.Indicator Status

In the top bar, only indicators related to the choices given in the game events are displayed. The current value of each indicator (displayed in the progress bar) and the trend of change (rising, falling or stable) are always visible.

4.Events and Rounds

Each round in the game lasts for a quarter (three months). In each quarter, your responsibilities and any important decisions you need to make will be displayed.

5.Event Types

There are a variety of potential events. Some events are straightforward and can be handled with simple decisions, while others require careful planning and are managed at different stages, and each decision has a success rate (if the decision to handle these events fails, your spending on these events will not be refunded).

6.Decisions

You need to make decisions for each event. Most of the time, the decisions you make will have a positive impact on some indicators and a negative impact on others. To keep the dynasty going, you must make decisions wisely.

7.Regent

Your dynasty will go through several generations of monarchs. Each ruler has specific attributes (positive or negative) that affect certain indicators and the events that will occur. Wise and experienced rulers can help you strengthen the governance of your kingdom, but there are also some incompetent and tyrannical rulers who make events more complicated.

8.Activate skills

Below the indicator bar, you can see the activated skills and their effective time. In addition to the skills that the current ruler has, you can also activate other skills, such as skills activated due to too high or too low indicator values, or you can also summon the assistance of military advisors.

9.Military Assistance

When the indicator value is too low, the military advisors will give you advice, and you need to choose one of the military advisors' suggestions. If you want, you can hire military advisors to serve you. Military advisors are very talented and can help you solve problems, which may cost some experience points.

10.Experience points

You can gain experience points over time (at the beginning of each new round). You can also gain experience points by purchasing or watching advertising videos. 

11. Dynasty Points

When starting a new game, Dynasty Points are awarded. Other Dynasty Points can only be obtained by making certain specific choices in certain specific events. Unlike experience points, Dynasty Points cannot be purchased or exchanged for experience points. You need to use Dynasty Points wisely.

The Roman Empire (27 BC-1453 AD.
