Am I buying directly from the team, artist, or venue?

No. When buying tickets on TickPick, you are purchasing through a secondary marketplace from someone who has already purchased the tickets from the primary marketplace. The vast majority of tickets on our site are coming from large, licensed professional ticket brokers who are registered to be selling on TickPick. There is a very high likelihood that your tickets will be coming from one of these ticket brokers, although approved individual sellers can list their tickets for sale on TickPick, as well.
