Will my wristbands grant me entry all weekend?

Yes! Wristbands will grant you entry to Coachella for the entire weekend; however, wristbands must be worn at all times and can not be taken off once tightened on your wrist as there is no way to loosen or re-tighten wristbands.

What will I need to pick up my wristbands?

You will need a valid government photo ID matching the name on your order. 

I ordered wristbands for someone else. How can they pick them up?

We can help! All you need to do is contact us with your name, order ID, and the name and email of the intended recipient of your wristbands. We will work our magic and contact you with any next steps!

Are shuttle passes included with the wristband?

No, shuttle passes must be must be purchased separately. 

When do shuttle buses run?

Shuttle buses are from 12:30 pm-8pm and return trips will be up to an hour after the end of the music each day.
