Enter the address in the search bar

Click on the correct result

Delete your Waze account

Open Waze

Tap 

Tap View profile, below your name

Tap Account and login 

Scroll down to "Register this account"

Tap Delete Account

Tap Continue to confirm. You might have to enter your sign-in details to verify it's you.
