Amazon.com: Pick up packages from an Amazon delivery station and deliver directly to customers. Delivery blocks are typically 4-11 hours.

Prime Now: Pick up groceries or household items from an Amazon delivery station and deliver directly to customers. Delivery blocks are typically 2-4 hours.

What kind of device do I need?

To deliver with Amazon Flex, in most regions, you’ll need to have an Android phone 7.0, or above, with 2 GB of RAM and a phone camera for scanning. In certain select regions, the Amazon Flex app is also available for iOS (iPhone 6s or newer). We’ll let you know what type of device is required in your region when we invite you to take the eligibility survey.

Can I use a borrowed or rented car?

You can use a borrowed or rented car as long as you maintain all licences, permits, insurance, and other authorization necessary to use the vehicle.

What type of vehicle do I need?

For blocks up to 4 hours, you’ll need a 4-door mid-sized sedan, or larger vehicle such as an SUV or MPV with a covered bed.
