How to create an account on Shahid?

Open the Shahid Mobile app on your device.

Locate the Face Icon situated at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Tap on "Login/New Account."

Add your login credentials, which consists of your username and a valid password.

How can I login to my Shahid account?

click on the face icon.

Enter your registered email address or mobile number and your password.

Once you've entered your credentials, you are all set to enjoy Shahid’s content.

How can I reset or remove my parental pin code?

The parental pin code is there to ensure the safety of the contents your kids are watching and that suits their age hence it cannot be removed but can be reset.  

Go to Parental Control under my account settings, and use the code displayed on the screen to reset the pin code or exit the kid’s profile.  

If you forgot your registered 4-digit pin code, you could simply retrieve it by following the steps below:

Exit Kids Profile  

Tap on Forgot PIN code?  

Enter your password.  

Your current parental code will be displayed.
