I did not get the invoice for the booking after checkout. What should I do?

1. Login in to OYO App

2. Click on 'Bookings'

3. Select your booking ID and then click on 'Need help'

4. Click on 'Lets Go' > 'I just want to have a payment receipt'

How do I make bookings in the corporate mode?

Once you complete the signup process, please install OYO app (if not already installed). Once you launch the app, a toggle should auto-appear on the search results page when you search for a hotel in a city/area.

Every time you are travelling for business, simply slide the toggle to the right and proceed with making the booking as usual. The booking will be made in the corporate mode.

I have completed the signup process, but the corporate toggle has not appeared.

You can find the corporate toggle on the search results page, the hotel detail page and the booking history page. If you do not see the corporate toggle on these pages, please try the following steps in order:

1. Please check you have used the same number for OYO B Direct registration as the one you use on your OYO app. In case you used a different number in the registration process, please log out from OYO app and sign in again with the number used in registration.

2. If this does not work, go to the profile section of your OYO app. If you see the toggle but this is in the turned-off state, please turn on the corporate mode by sliding the toggle to the right.

3. If the toggle still does not appear, please sign out from OYO app and sign in back again. You should see the corporate toggle this time.

When I turn on the corporate toggle, the search results do not include all the hotels that I see in the personal mode. Why does this happen?

Corporate mode hotel listings are restricted to the hotels that have consistently received very good feedback from our corporate guests in the past. That’s why not all hotels seen in the personal mode are included in the corporate mode search results.

I forgot to make the booking in corporate mode. Can I change the booking mode now?

Booking mode cannot be changed after a booking has been made. However, you can cancel the booking and make a new booking in the corporate mode.
